2026 Art Contest Online Registration Form

Arkansas Peace Week Art contest is open to Arkansas students, 1st – 12th grade. Last year we had over 1,500 submissions from all over the state.

Art should address the following theme:

• Depict Peacemakers,
• Peacemaking in Action,
• or the Results of Peacemaking.

Art MUST be two dimensional, on paper, cardboard or stock. Art MUST be between 8″ x 10.5″ and 9″ x 12″

Awards will be presented for 12 age groups: 1st grade through 12th grade:

• 1st Place winners in each grade will receive $50
• 2nd Place winners in each grade will receive $25
• 3rd Place winners in each grade will receive $15

Entry deadline is September 29, 2026. Entries MUST be submitted in our online form. A scan or photograph of each art piece must be attached in this form.

Eight Finalists for each grade will be announced by the end of October.  Finalists will be notified by email and posted on our Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/ArPeaceWeek 

Schools, teachers, faith groups and other youth organizations are encouraged to sponsor and guide students with their submissions. We encourage schools to conduct their own local contest during Arkansas Peace Week.
